This cuvée is issued from the grape variety Chardonnay. The field is placed in the locality of Clos Gandin, near the village of Plottes. This vine is the oldest of the village and is 120 years old. His exposition South-West and the hot wind which covers this hillside are two good conditions to practice harvests later than the other and to propose a wine a little bit more sugary (4g per liter).
