This cuvée is issued from the grape varietyPinot noir. The field is placed in the village of Plottes, exposed on an Est side. This vine has been planted in 1993. We use a thermostat and regulate vat in order to control the temperature of vinification. This process is a special method which enable us to extract all the flavor and the color whatever the climatic conditions during the crop.
